Herbert Nauderer "TALES FROM A STRANGE PLANET"

In the organizer's words:

Dark, romantic landscapes, deserted beaches, mysterious buildings.

A slide archive that refers to an expedition, drawings, documents, showcases with documents, film recordings and "photographs" of relics of a civilization. The viewer is immersed in a deserted world: what has happened? What do the "found" artifacts bear witness to?

The exhibition at the Artothek shows new works from the large-scale cycle "parasite island", in which Herbert Nauderer explores conspiracy narratives and the ambivalent relationship between man and reality and truth.
