HIDDEN SHEROES - Blindzeichnen Workshop

Workshop for people aged 12 to 27

The artist Ellinor Amini uses the HIDDEN SHEROES project to introduce the method of blind drawing. Through this method, the participants learn to let go when drawing. It is not about realistic representation, but about the free flow of contours and lines. Through blind drawing, they learn to overcome their inner critic, because here everything is correct and relevant - a liberation from all rules. The random alienation creates exciting compositions and the sense of touch and sight are linked in a completely new way. The lines and shapes of the object flow directly through our hands onto the paper.

Go in search of the HIDDEN SHEROES of our city!
From May, HIDDEN SHEROES will be hiding in Bremerhaven's city center: 10 women who have experienced, influenced, shaped and enriched Bremerhaven will be designed on post and electricity distribution boxes and thus made visible in the cityscape. Together, we want to create a temporary monument to these inspiring women - representing numerous women and countless stories from Bremerhaven and around the world.
