NECROT

NECROT continue their rise to the top of American extreme music, pushing the boundaries of their style and reshaping metal in their own way. Formed in 2011 by bassist, vocalist and main songwriter Luca Indrio and drummer Chad Gailey - guitarist Sonny Reinhardt joined a year later - the Oakland, California trio's"Lifeless Birth" (in continued collaboration with Tankcrimes) offers the culmination of their efforts to date, embodying and advancing the death-defying style of 2020's"Mortal" and their 2017 debut"Blood Offerings".

It's not about abandoning the ferocity that has made them a household name among the converted. Instead, NECROT use that same now-characteristic intensity as a backdrop for an expanded songwriting palette. They've always been a band that stood out. The maturity they display on"Lifeless Birth" confirms that was always the plan. It's a vision of what metal can be and do, breaking down old barriers and retaining the traditional elements that make it stronger.
