The "hochverlegt präsentiert" event enters its second round with rapper Donna Savage and support from Kesho.

Donna Savage, the talented rapper from Austria's capital Vienna, shines with hard punchlines and a huge dose of self-confidence. Donna Savage doesn't care about role clichés and rap pigeonholes, she bangs on both trap and boom bap beats. Her trademark, her unmistakably smoky voice, matches perfectly on her singles with the powerful beats of producer king Brenk Sinatra, on whose label Wave Planet Records Donna Savage is signed.

kesho is a musician with German-Nigerian roots who grew up in Aachen. As a rapper, singer and songwriter, she moves between different genres. From instrumental sounds reminiscent of the old school rap of the 90s and the RnB of the early 2000s to modern trap beats with elements of the Memphis sound of the US southern states, melodic UK garage, Jersey and house beats - kesho's sound is a kaleidoscope of musical influences and she gives each style her personal touch.

Anna and Chiara from Cologne launched the podcast "hochverlegt - Der Podcast über Konzerte und Popkultur" over 2 years ago. This podcast is all about their passion for music, festivals and the live industry. This heartfelt project has given rise to another and they have launched their own concert series, "hochverlegt präsentiert". The sold-out event celebrated its debut in April 2024 with the artists ELA and Brenda Blitz on stage.

On the one hand, the aim is to make young artists better known in the scene and to further shape Cologne as a musical cultural location. They are also campaigning for women in the otherwise very male-dominated music business and are delighted to welcome female acts to the stage.
