HOLISTIC FEMME EVENT

In the organizer's words:

We are very excited to host another Holistic FEMME event - a day full of movement, sound and connection. This time we have invited Llar Kitchen to collaborate with us to make this special day even more enriching.

Program:

We will start with a 75-minute Jivamukti Yoga class that will guide you through flowing movements, breath and meditation. Inspired by feminine energy, this dynamic practice invites you to awaken your inner strength and connect with your body and mind in a deeper way.

Afterwards, we will immerse ourselves in a Shakti Sound Journey. The sounds of gongs and singing bowls create space for stillness, letting go and regeneration - a moment of surrender to receive and heal.

At the end, a nourishing, vegan meal together, curated by Llar Kitchen, awaits you:

🌱 Earth - Beetroot salad with vegan goat's cheese

🔥 Power - chilaquiles with green salsa, pinto beans & avocado

🌍 Grounding - Pincho with romesco, Brussels sprouts & aioli

💨 Air - grapefruit, orange and fennel salad with candied almonds

🍐 Sweet abundance - pear tarte tatin with vanilla ice cream
