This workshop is an invitation to listen within, to realign yourself and to holistically integrate everything you have already set in motion.

Align. Evolve. Integrate. - This means coming into harmony with yourself, growing out of old patterns and embodying new insights at cellular level. Using the Holosomatic Breathwork method, we combine conscious breathwork, bodywork and mindfulness to regulate, clarify and strengthen your entire system.

Particularly suitable if you are often in your head, suffer from inner restlessness or long for a clear, stable reset.
