Join us on a powerful Holosomatic Breathwork journey. In the "Reset and Restart" workshop, we invite you to let go deeply, cleanse your system and open up to new energy - for expansiveness, lightness and clarity. Through conscious breathing, moving mindfulness (embodiment) and guided meditation, we open up spaces in which your body and soul can reboot.

Included in the workshop:
