Workshops
"Fem(with)me" with Black Pearl de Almeida Lima | 18:30-20:30h/ 6:30-8:30pm | language: English
Fem(with)me is an inclusive and empowering workshop specifically designed to support the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community - but open to all. The workshop offers a wide range of experiences: A warm-up and body preparation will be followed by training sessions in runway techniques, moving on high heels and posing. Participants will work on their posture, movement and self-expression - with a special focus on feeling and celebrating the feminine energy within them, an often untapped source of strength. We recommend bringing an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable and that reflects your unique, fashionable style. High heels are an important part of the workshop, so we recommend bringing your own pair. This is a space for learning, growth and authentic expression - a place to celebrate individuality and existence.

This workshop offers a comprehensive experience, beginning with a warm-up and body preparation, followed by focused training in runway techniques, walking in heels, and posing. Participants will work on improving posture, movement, and self-expression, with an emphasis on connecting to and celebrating the feminine energy within-a vital force we often suppress. We encourage you to bring an outfit that makes you feel confident and comfortable walking and moving, while also expressing your unique, fashionable self. Bringing heels is highly recommended, as they are an important part of the workshop. This is a space for learning, growth, and authentic expression, where individuality and existence are celebrated.
"Embreast yourself" with Kate Vikulova (for FLINTA*-persons) | 18:30-20:30Uhr/ 6:30-8:30pm | Workshop language: German (partly English Translation if needed)
Outside the context of sexuality, illness and breastfeeding, the female breast is often an object of judgment in our society. With our breast art workshops, we want to sensitize people to the interweaving of political-structural conditions and our own thought and evaluation patterns. We want to counteract the taboo surrounding breasts and create more acceptance for naked breasts. In the workshop, you will engage with your breasts in an artistic creative process in which everyone is free of their upper body and you apply paint to your (naked) breasts and give free rein to your creativity by applying it to a canvas. With a mindful introduction and different techniques that we will give you, you will discover new ways of expressing yourself. Together we will experience fun and lightness in all shapes and colors. The workshop takes place in a closed room, which will be transformed into a safe space together. No previous experience necessary, but clothes that can get dirty are.
Outside the context of sexuality, illness, and breastfeeding, breasts perceived as female are often treated as objects of judgement in our society. With our breast art workshops, we aim to raise awareness of the intertwining of political-structural conditions and personal thought and evaluation patterns. We want to counteract the taboo surrounding breasts and promote greater acceptance of bare breasts. In the workshop, you will engage with your breasts through an artistic creative process. Everyone will be topless, applying paint to their (naked) breasts and expressing their creativity on a canvas. With a mindful introduction and various techniques we provide, you will discover new ways of artistic expression. Together, we will experience joy and lightness in all forms and colors. The workshop takes place in a closed space, which we collectively transform into a safer space. No prior experience is required-just bring clothes that can get messy!
