In the organizer's words:

VoiceSistas - songs and soundscapes for the moment
The VoiceSistas are Lindsay Lewis, Mélanie Germain and Britta Rex, three singers from Braunschweig who have been pursuing their shared passion, vocal improvisation, for 7 years! With great enthusiasm for experimentation, they explore the limits of vocal expression and interpret songs, e.g. by Björk or the Beatles, and create sound collages or even completely abstract soundscapes. Improvisation across genre boundaries is the central musical concept. In their performance, they want to let people participate in this creative process and take them on a sensory journey - through their soundscapes. The audience is therefore invited to sing along from time to time and is thus included in the sonic adventure.
