Idefix hat Geburtstag Das Museum für Kommunikation Berlin lädt zum Hundegeburtstag, in die Ausstellung „UDERZO – Von Asterix bis Zaubertrank“ und in den Museumsgarten ein

On June 1, 2025, the Museum of Communication is throwing a birthday party for Idefix, "the only dog known to be environmentally friendly" in the work of Albert Uderzo. The museum invites you to the dog's birthday party, to the exhibition "UDERZO - From Asterix to Magic Potion" and to the museum garden.

Immerse yourself in the world of comics with green screen magic! Age group: for all

3rd mask station: Gehtwienix. Transform yourself into Idefix and his friends. With a mask you become a hero yourself! Age group: 5 to 12 years

4th labyrinth station: Verschwundibus. Idefix rescues Asterix and Obelix.
Build a tricky maze. Where is the exit? Age group: 5 to 12 years

5th children's rights station: Strong, safe, free - these are YOUR rights! International Children's Day. Discover what you are entitled to! Age group: 7 to 12 years

13:00 Guided tour through the special exhibition "UDERZO - From Asterix to Magic Potion"

The tour sheds light on the work of Albert Uderzo, one of Europe's most important comic artists. On display are early works, original Asterix pages and personal objects from his studio. The tour also provides background information on the collaboration with René Goscinny and the creation of the famous Asterix stories.

14:00 Birthday cake for Idefix

What would a birthday be without a cake? Egmont Verlag invites you to enjoy a slice of cake, which will be cut at 14:00.

15:00 Idefix lookalike competition

Is your dog as cute or clever as Idefix? Take part in the Idefix lookalike competition. Present your dog on our blue catwalk. A jury will select the dog that looks most like Idefix. You can win free tickets to the museum and goodies from the Asterix and Obelix universe.
