Immersive Yoga - KOSMOS

A journey through light, sound and the infinite expanses of the universe

With Lisa Marina Thierbach at Port des Lumières Hamburg

Immerse yourself in the mystical world of KOSMOS, our spectacular new immersive show, and experience yoga in an atmosphere that takes you on a journey through galaxies, starry nebulae and unknown worlds.

Move together in harmony with the gentle movements of the body, embedded in the fascinating light art, accompanied by specially composed sounds that create the feeling of a real space journey. This session combines physical mindfulness with a meditative experience between cosmic worlds.

Location: Port des Lumières, Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier

What you need:

• Comfortable clothing / sportswear
• Your own yoga mat
• Optional: Towel, water bottle (allowed during the session)

A gentle, flowing yoga practice in a spectacular setting of light, color and sound. KOSMOS creates a space for inner peace and conscious movement, embedded in the magic of the universe. Let yourself be carried away by the unique symbiosis of art and body.

About the yoga teacher:
The session will be led by Lisa Marina Thierbach, founder of the Happy Soul Academy. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher for the Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative styles, she guides people through mindful, flowing movements with great sensitivity and presence. Her classes combine body awareness, gentle energy work and inner balance - always with the aim of creating a space in which everyone can come closer to themselves. Amidst the cosmic worlds of sound and imagery, her practice becomes a special journey inwards.
