About the sea, about me ... and more!

"When I tell stories, the images from my memories resonate: the sun dazzles, the south wind blows, the air tastes of sea salt and dust and the house echoes with my mother's voice as she sang her love songs to herself while mopping, washing and rummaging. That evening, I tell my tales of the heart, tales and legends from Italy. To make you laugh, smile and empathize."

Maria Carmela Marinelli tells stories with language, voice and song. And when words are no longer enough, with hands, feet and a big heart.

This is the art of storytelling that motivates listeners to become curious about the unfamiliar. The storytellers present their respective countries with traditional stories and biographies (in German).
