In die Stille - Reisen mit Depressionen

In the organizer's words:

In May 2023, Martin set off on a journey that was originally intended as a time-out, but turned into a 362-day exploration tour through 27 European countries. He covered 15,000 kilometers and 125,000 vertical meters on his bike - he spent 300 nights wild camping in the open air. He was always on his own and had no fixed plans. The decision to embark on this journey without time pressure or expectations helped him to come to terms with his depression, which had been with him for 25 years, and to gain new perspectives. The lecture combines his personal experiences with impressive pictures and encounters with very special people.
