In the organizer's words:
The trio with Christof Thewes / trombone, Martin Gruet / bass and Jörn Schipper drums cultivates the tradition of "harmonic free jazz". The free interaction and associative approach to typical jazz themes form the framework for the spontaneous communication between the three equal performers. Lyrical moments or rhythmically dense phases also have their place in this stylistically open music.
