Following the release of her debut album Unphased in 2020, Little Moon, the project (and childhood nickname) of Utah singer-songwriter Emma Hardyman
of Utah singer-songwriter Emma Hardyman, set out to write a romantic album about her newlywed husband
Nathan. Dear Divine was written after her own complicated departure from the Mormon Church and is Little Moon's
wide-eyed, deeply personal embrace of a whole new world. It's a huge, dense tapestry of sound from Hardyman's 4-octave voice,
future-baroque arrangements that mimic the grandiosity and delicate ebb and flow of nature, and the radical love
and self-care that Hardyman seeks everywhere.
