ISLANDS OF THE FUTURE 2024: Discover deceleration!

On Saturday, July 6, 2024, from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m., the cultural series ISLANDS OF THE FUTURE will celebrate its premiere in the International Art & Culture Quarter Schiffbauergasse. Once a year, the cultural sponsors of Schiffbauergasse will dedicate themselves experimentally, artistically, musically and performatively to a topic of the future. Under this year's motto "Discover Deceleration!", the T-Werk Potsdam, the Hans Otto Theater, the fabrik Potsdam, the Theaterschiff, the museum FLUXUS+ and the Waschhaus Potsdam present a diverse program in cooperation with the state capital of Potsdam and the Schiffbauergasse discovers slowness. The party with headphones: Come along, grab a pair of headphones and enjoy the music! In the open air, you can choose between several DJ channels and decide for yourself whether you want to chill out together to spherical future sounds or shake a leg to the party mix until the early hours of the morning.
