Interactive Objects

In the organizer's words:

Ten years after Interactive Objects, the Master's degree course in Spatial Communication at Mainz University of Applied Sciences is once again focusing more strongly on the object and its possibilities for communication. The question is: Which life situations call for interactive products? Which objects receive real added value through a conscious interactive design or the sensible integration of information technology? We are looking for objects in the area of tension between furniture and space - objects that come into contact with the user, encourage him to communicate, appeal to his senses and function as simply and intuitively as possible. The results will be presented in an exhibition and can be seen for two weeks at the Zentrum Baukultur.

The Zentrum Baukultur and Mainz University of Applied Sciences cordially invite you to the exhibition opening on Friday, July 4, 2025 at 6:30 pm.

The exhibition can be visited until July 15, 2025.
