Interkulturelles Gebet // Eröffnung Nordstadtsommer

In the organizer's words:

We will open the Nordstadtsommer with a greeting from Hannah Rosenbaum, district mayor of Innenstadt-Nord, and Levent Arslan, director of Keuning.haus.

Representatives of the Protestant community, the Catholic parish, the Council of Muslim Communities in Dortmund and the Jewish community of Groß-Dortmund will jointly lead an intercultural prayer. It will be accompanied by music and dance contributions from the communities. Visitors can exchange views on the topic of "cohesion" during table discussions. Food and drinks will be provided.

The opening Sunday will be rounded off with activities for children and young people.

The event will take place as part of the Nordstadtsommer (July 19 to August 2, 2025) at Keuning.haus.
