At first glance, Loom & Thread work in perhaps the most classic of all jazz formations: the piano trio. And yet this view would miss the point. A cubist feast for the senses in which the contradictions of technology and spirit dissolve.

9 p.m.: Géllert Szabó's Ideal Orchestra

Modern orchestral music from Leipzig.

The Ideal Orchestra consists of over 20 musicians from Leipzig's avant-garde music scene. It is characterized by an unusual instrumental line-up, which is able to unfold through the synergy of late romantic and progressive sounds to an unavoidable sound experience. Gellért Szabó conducts original compositions and improvisations.
