Photographer Robert Neu set off on his bike to get to know Ireland. On the 3000 km of the Wild Atlantic Way, the famous coastal road along the Atlantic, he is impressed by breathtaking landscapes, beautiful islands, charming villages and distinctive people. He stops off at the beautiful Dingle and Beara peninsulas, as well as the legendary Ring of Kerry. On the island of Skellig Michael, landscapes straight out of Star Wars and the cute puffins await him. The Aran Islands proudly present themselves with a harsh climate and Stone Age monuments. The globetrotter climbs the mountains of Connemara and makes a pilgrimage on the day of the national saint St. Patrick. And of course, atmospheric, convivial evenings in the country's quaint pubs with fun-loving, hospitable people are not to be missed. An atmospheric journey full of rousing music, captivating images and great stories. In short: everything that makes the Emerald Isle so fascinating!
