ISIÈME

In 2022, Samay searches the internet for a band crazy enough to include a bass clarinet. She comes across keyboardist Burkhard and bassist olian in the classified ads. The very first session in the Westend resulted in a joint piece. When olian finally realizes that his office colleague Nolan plays drums, Isième is complete.

Jazz, hip-hop, techno, classical music: thanks to our diverse influences, all we need is a motif, a rhythm, a quirky sound, and the floodgates are open and the collective composing begins. The result is an instrumental structure without lyrics, but with clear themes and coherent arrangements. With our music we want to touch people, make them think and feel - our most intense moments last year were our concerts. A rush for audience and band!
