Australian Jaimi Faulkner is a convincing composer of exciting yet catchy songs, a great guitarist and a bombproof singer. With his impressive "string acrobatics" and a voice to kneel down to, he immediately wraps the audience around his finger.

Faulkner plays his music with great warmth and a fine feel for grooves between Americana, rock and songwriter soul. Wonderful ballads on the one hand and powerful, grooving songs on the other fill the spectrum that this modern troubadour from "Down Under" fills.

Jaimi was socialized in the music metropolis of Melbourne, where he learned his craft from the ground up. He gradually developed into an excellent guitarist in the truest sense of the word, with a penchant for blues, soul, gospel and classic songwriter qualities. Along the way, he perfected his knowledge as a sound engineer, which not only enabled him to record his last albums single-handedly, but also to bring his musical visions to the point.

His new album "HALF OF IT" captures much of what has characterized Jaimi's music so far: excellent guitar playing, profound lyrics, to-the-point songwriting and a lot of heart and soul in his voice. With his new band, the likeable Australian can present his songs live in the best possible way - with captivating instrumentation and outstanding polyphonic vocals.

Faulkner has already opened for a number of well-known artists, including Paul Young, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Chris Isaak, Vonda Shepard and Tony Joe White. Due to his undisputed talent, he impressed as a special guest at Stefan STOPPOK's "Artgenossen" event in 2024.
