After three years, Jake Xerxes Fussell returns to King Georg!

On September 26, we welcome the singer, guitarist and composer to our Jazz Klubbar. With his latest album When I'm Called (Fat Possum Records).

Last summer, singer, guitarist and folk musician Jake Xerxes Fussell released his fifth album, When I'm Called, on Fat Possum. The Wall Street Journal praised it as "a great argument for the power of the folk tradition and a compelling demonstration of how much a thoughtful singer and musician can communicate through the words of others."

Fussell recently released his version of Arthur Russell's "Close My Eyes," a song he has performed live frequently over the past year. At the same time, he announced new concert dates for his extensive spring and summer tour of North America and Europe.
