In the organizer's words:

What is the Sake Stube? It is a cozy place where we linger with sake. In the Sake Stube, the Japanese "rice wine" is joyfully drunk and enjoyed!

At this event, we delve into the depths of knowledge. While tasting 5 different styles of sake, we will explain how the complex drink is made and how to distinguish the flavors of the styles.

Don't expect a stiff rehearsal for fine dining, but a casual space where we have fun (and respect!) discovering Japanese heritage - and preferably sitting down with one!

Vegetarian snacks are placed on the table to further delight the palate.
