Guitar Meeting
featuring Philipp van Endert & Philipp Wisser
As part of the Jazz City Bilk Festival, a Guitar Meeting will take place on Sun. 18.05.2025 at 12 noon in the Bürgerhaus Bilk. The concert will be opened by the Philipp Endert & Philipp Wisser Quartet , followed by the ensemble Phil's Flying Axes. Guitarist Philipp Wisser will also be playing as a special guest in a duo together with Philipp van Endert and as part of the Phil's Flying Axes Ensemble.

The meeting of the two exceptional guitarists Philipp van Endert and Philipp Wisser is something to look forward to with great excitement. As different as their styles and stories are, their common musical language and the sound that unfolds as soon as their guitars merge is all the more surprising and touching. They are supported by the unmistakable playing of Konstantin Wienstroer on bass and Herman Robert on drums and special guest Vincent Pinn on trumpet/flugelhorn.
