Jazz - Denise Jannah - pur & schnörkelos

Jazz - pure and straightforward, a great voice accompanied by a virtuoso pianist who knows what jazz can do. Denise Jannah and Wolfgang Behrendt accompanied by drummer Tobias Stupeler.

Open air on the small stage under the trees at the Wachsfabrik art center. In case of rain, the concert will take place in one of the large studios.

Denise Jannah

Based in Holland, she has been a fixture at many international jazz festivals since the 1990s. In the tradition of the great jazz ladies such as Ella Fitzgerald, she interprets jazz in a pure and straightforward manner. Accompanied by the Rodenkirchen pianist Wolfgang Behrendt, with whom she has a shared musical past, she plays a program that leaves nothing to be desired for jazz lovers.
