jazzahead! Grand Opening: Louis Matute Large Ensemble & Gäste

It's going to be a party: on the eve of jazzahead! we're inviting audience favorites from our partner countries Switzerland, Spain and France to the Grand Opening in the CCB's large concert hall. The fusion folklore innovators from the Large Ensemble of Swiss guitarist Louis Matute (on several best of 2024 lists) have exclusively invited these special guests: the French singers Célia Kameni and Gabi Hartmann, who have been compared to Nina Simone or Norah Jones in turn and yet are wonderfully original, the Cuban trumpet virtuoso Yelfris Valdés, who lives in Spain, and the singer, flautist and Clinton Award winner Marta Mansilla from Madrid.
