jazzahead! Jazzport Open-Air-Festival-Stage

jazzahead! is expanding and invites you to join us: This year, you will find the Jazzport of jazzahead! at the Torfkanal directly behind exhibition hall 6 and Port Piet.

This new port for jazz presents stars and discoveries on a large stage alongside the beer garden. From Thursday to Sunday, you can experience musicians here - with Free admission - who otherwise perform in the Elbphilharmonie, at La Cigale in Paris or at the Chefsache ESC on TV. On Thursday evening, Max Mutzke promises "grooves to dance to and lyrics to think about" with the Matti Klein Soul Trio, on Friday evening the Swedish singer and pianist Ida Sand, "one of the leading voices in Scandinavian jazz", and on Saturday evening Charles Pasi - singer, multi-instrumentalist and star of the Blue Note label from France - will turn the evening into a party. The supporting program each evening will feature selected "jazzahead! Surprise Acts" - and the ceremonial handover of the baton to the partner country 2026 will take place at the musical breakfast on Sunday morning.
