From a blues newcomer who thrilled audiences right at the start of his career as Eric Burdon's tour support, he developed into a hip crooner before establishing himself as a seasoned singer-songwriter. More than 40,000 records sold and 36 million streams are impressive proof of his success. Now Jesper Munk is taking off again - with all his facets. His recently released album "YESTERDAZE" is a delicate production between jazz and new wave, chanson, balladesque blues and plenty of soul that warms the soul and heart of every indie aficionado. His blues fans in particular can rejoice: Jesper Munk, who according to Focus is "an outstanding talent not only by German standards", is now playing classics from his early work live again. He will be accompanied at the concert on the Seebühne by the Berlin music collective The Cassette Heads.
