Johann Scheerer liest aus "Play"

Johann Scheerer is publishing his new novel "Play" with Piper Verlag on April 3rd. In it, the founder and producer of Clouds Hill deals with the topic of reconciling art, music, creativity and parenthood. In the end, the big question is: What are you willing to give for art? This gripping novel tells of the struggle for balance, in which lies surprising beauty. On April 4, Scheerer will then read from his new novel at Dussmann in Berlin.

David is entangled in the web of art, children and creativity. As a music manager, he has to fulfill all the demands of the drug-addicted world star Ian White and accompany his tour. But he also wants to look after his four children and simply takes them with him. The starting point for dramatic conflicts that lead to absurdly funny situations. David is often only saved by humor and a sense of the astonishing similarity between the needs of artists and children. Nevertheless, escalation lurks.
