Journaling Clara: Writing as an anchor in stormy times
Joint journaling - trauma-sensitive workshop for reflection & connection
Journaling is more than words on paper. It is a powerful tool for sorting your thoughts, reducing stress and feeling yourself again. Especially in challenging times, it can be a safe place - for you, your heart and your nervous system.
In this workshop, you will learn how you can use journaling to:
- Regulate stress & inner turmoil
- Clarify thoughts & gently process emotional burdens
- Treat yourself and others with more compassion
- Strengthen your connection to yourself & others
No previous experience is necessary - you can write as it suits you. You are welcome, just as you are.
What you can expect:
A safe, trauma-sensitive space: you are not alone. Together we will create a place where you can write at your own pace and (if you like) share.
Guided journaling: We start gently with an introduction to journaling & small exercises to get into writing - you can write freely or use prompts.
Nervous system-friendly methods: A joint arrival and check-out as well as the option of co-regulation in case of overload will help you feel safe while writing.
Connection & community: You can keep your concerns to yourself or share them in our sharing round - everything can, nothing must.
