Youth action day on resilience, mental health and anti-bullying

A day full of hands-on activities, creative challenges and good energy - that's Kraftraum LIVE! The focus is on the topics of resilience, self-confidence, anti-bullying and mental health. Young people aged 12 and over can experience in a playful and interactive way how they can better deal with stress, discover their strengths and grow together with others.

At the heart of the event is a converted bus that serves as a mobile venue. It is surrounded by exciting stations such as:

• Power-Pose-Challenge

• Anti-stress factory

• Superhero course

• Chill-out area with music and snacks

• Workshops & creative activities

Kraftraum LIVE offers space for exchange, movement and encounters - without pressure, without obligation, but with lots of fun and empowerment.

A project by wirWerk, supported by Neuperland and the district committee 16 Ramersdorf-Perlach.
