"Entre ruidos- Between Noise"

Jurena Muñoz Lagunas is a Berlin-based visual artist with Peruvian-Chilean roots who grew up in Hanover. In her work, she delves deep into the world of the Abya Yala culture and combines it with the impressions she gathers on her travels. Her art explores the connection between man and nature, imbued with a spirituality that runs like a thread through her work and inspires her to create masks, canvases and murals.

In her latest work, "Isla Bonita", Jurena explores the symbolism of the marketplace as a center of cultural exchange, female strength and community.
