The coffee preparation seminar gives you an overview of the use of different brewing methods.
The seminar is very practice-oriented, i.e. it is interactive and requires your cooperation. Using a single coffee, a range of different methods will be tested and used to show how the properties of the coffee change with different brewing methods.
The coffees will be tasted after preparation and the differences between methods will be explained. We want to give you the opportunity to try out different methods and find the one that suits you best.
