Kaiserschmarrn-Contest: Kampf der Giganten

In the organizer's words:

Austria's sweetest national dish gets its big stage this evening: three culinary masters of their trade compete against each other in the ultimate Kaiserschmarrn contest - Nikodemus Berger, Michelin-starred chef from Bonvivant Cocktail Bistro, Mathias Brandweiner, sommelier from Hafenküche, and Sebastian Frank, star chef from the two Michelin-starred Horváth. They all present their very own interpretation of Kaiserschmarrn and invite guests to experience Austrian culinary art in its most refined form.

Upon entry, all guests receive a personal ballot paper, which is placed in one of the three ballot boxes at the end of the event. At the end of the event, the votes will be counted and the final result announced.

Throughout the event, guests will enjoy a selection of drinks inspired by Austrian gourmet culture, which are included in the price. Cooperation partners are Organics by Red Bull, Vöslauer and Almdudler. The drinks menu includes:

• Beer
• soft drinks
• water
• Non-alcoholic cocktails
• Alcoholic cocktails

In addition, there is a separate wine station with exquisite wines from the Austrian Ebner-Ebenauer winery, which has won several national and international awards. The wine is also included in the price.

Guests can try different Kaiserschmarrn variations at all three stations, vote for their favorite and, with a little luck, get exclusive tips for the perfect Kaiserschmarrn directly from the star chef or sommelier.

Entertainment is provided by a fun & games corner with table tennis, which is accessible throughout the event and offers space for informal discussions and breaks.
