Room for emotions, Clarenbachstraße 235, Cologne, Lindenthal - Melaten From 5.45 p.m., all participants arrive. The cozy and well-heated room is prepared. The instruments, singing bowls and others, are waiting to be used. Cushions, blankets, flowers 🌺 candles everything is in place and just waiting for you and then it starts...

We meet as a group to get to know each other for the first time, the atmosphere is warm and everyone is a little excited to see how it goes:

Cocoa & Sound Ceremony

Is something expected of me?

Do I have to do something?

Does the cocoa do something to me?

What is being sung?

We sit in a circle and meet at eye level, we tell each other why we are coming, what we hope for and where we are at the moment.

I talk a little about cocoa ☕️ and why it is so good for body and mind. When it has a stimulating or relaxing effect.

The atmosphere is immediately friendly and honest. No one has to wear a mask or play a role here.

A place of power is created, a feeling of security and freedom arises. We are already a community on a journey.

The cocoa is bitter, unfamiliar, bitter, but also gentle and somehow relentless. Thick and with a coarse residue in the glass, which the experienced ones rinse with water so that not an ounce is lost.

Lightly flavored, but almost unsweetened, we are really not dealing with powdered cocoa from the supermarket, not even with high-quality hot chocolate. We are allowed to encounter a plant that helps us to open our hearts.

We drink together. Those who wish may enjoy a second glass.

We feel our bodies from the inside. We hum and the vibrations loosen our cells. We are connected with ourselves and with each other.

Then we embark on a journey to the sound of singing. Those who like stretch out, lie down comfortably or lean back.

Participants report clarity, new energy, deep insights, messages from their ancestors, being completely and thoughtlessly in the here and now, strong mental and emotional processes.

Tears are welcome. So-called negative feelings may be felt and expressed. Everything is allowed to be. Because we are real, authentic, human and together. We do not walk the path alone.

Together, we have created a treasure island that radiates its power into the world. Unobtrusively in the middle of Cologne. We can break new ground from here, with more courage. We say goodbye with many heartfelt, grateful hugs and all feel stronger than before, intimately connected with our fellow travelers and ourselves and the energy that always was, always will be, that flows through everything, connects everything and is everything.
