Awaken the dancer in you. We invite you to express everything that is alive within you in free, intuitive movements. Dance becomes medicine - a healing way to connect with your inner truth, your sensuality and the life energy that flows through everything. Completely without judgment, completely yourself. You will be carried by gentle to powerful rhythms and can rediscover yourself in your natural essence.

Please bring layers of dance clothes and your own cup!
