Are you in the mood for movement and ecstasy while relaxing at the same time? Visit us on 02.08.2025 at Circus Fantasia! A techno yoga session awaits you, where you can relax your body and mind to driving beats. No previous experience is necessary, the only things you need to bring are yoga mats, loose clothing that you feel comfortable in and something to refresh you. But above all, a desire to dance! The course is led by Nastja-Maria Seiler, who works as a yoga teacher in Parchim. After a short introduction, a 90-minute program awaits you, followed by relaxation.
