Almost 30 years after its premiere, LA HAINE is still frighteningly topical! Mathieu Kassovitz ("The Purple Rivers") shows the lives of young outsiders in the Parisian suburbs in a relentlessly open and hopeless way.

It's any given morning in any given prefabricated building in a banlieue, a suburb of Paris. It's a state of emergency! After a night of violence between the police and a group of youths, there is open warfare between the two parties. A 16-year-old is struggling with death after being brutally beaten up during an interrogation. The boys Hubert, Said and Vinz are on the front line in the fight against the police, driven by their hatred of the system. It is a day that will change their lives.

For the 15th time, Cinema & Kurbelkiste and Hawerkamp 31 e.V. are presenting the popular cinema nights with exquisite arthouse gems, the finest entertainment and the odd surprise in the charming atmosphere of Münster's most beautiful industrial wasteland. Every Thursday from the beginning of July to the beginning of September!

Here is the most important information for you:
- Tickets are available online, at the Cinema box office and at the Box Office
- Admission 10.00 euros, reduced 8.00 euros, solidarity ticket 12.00 euros
- The venue is barrier-free. Unfortunately there is no barrier-free toilet.
- Tickets cannot be canceled unless we cancel the event. We also play in bad weather and rain.
- Admission and barbecue from 8 pm, movie starts at dusk.
Bring your own barbecue food and crockery. This way we can save on paper plates and cutlery and do something good for the environment. The Kamp team will provide hot grills and sauces. There will be a grill for vegan & vegetarian sausages etc. and one for meat-based grilled food.
- As always, the Sputnikhalle will provide you with drinks at fair prices
