KAPmodern: Ein Lufthauch

In the organizer's words:

If a breeze touches us, it is fleeting, pleasantly perceptible and usually disappears again in seconds. All the senses are awakened. The composers of this evening work with different musical structures, but the breath, the wind, the breeze, the singing is always perceptible. The characteristic chamber music of Helena Tulve, Thea Musgrave, Betty Olivero, Angela Elizabeth Slater and Alyssa Morris is joined by the sound architecture of Iannis Xenakis. Jin Wang's ringing shell is more than just a gentle breeze and Luciano Berio's provocative wind quintet speaks a language all of its own.

The concert will take place in the foyer.
