This warm-hearted Bavarian feel-good road movie tells the story of an unlikely duo who unexpectedly discover a kindred spirit on a turbulent trip to Tyrol - perhaps even the love of their lives.

Karli (Sigi Zimmerschied) likes to pretend to be a battle-hardened Bundeswehr veteran and bomb disposal expert, while Marie (Luise Kinseher) was once the beauty queen of Mingkofen - a title that at least brought her an attractive but unfaithful husband. After a bitter divorce battle, all she has left is a dilapidated villa, a rickety Opel and a dilapidated concrete factory teetering towards ruin.
