Her songs about the big and small dramas of everyday life always surprise with creative solutions.
With her very own sense of humor and her Campanula, a cello equipped with 16 amplifying resonance strings, with which she accompanies herself with virtuosity, this exceptional artist packs the pitfalls of life into entertaining musical stories.
This is so entertaining and amusing that Katrin Geelvink won the Bochum Singer-Songwriter Contest in April 2019 and was crowned Queen at the "die Krönung" cabaret festival in Switzerland in spring 2023.
In her program "Dream on ...!", the night has big eyes, fine ears and always the right advice for every situation in life. Caught in the waiting loop of the telephone counseling hotline, the hoped-for sleep never comes. But who cares if everything else happens instead?
