Chickpeas and lots of love

The likeable brother and sister duo Mike and Kim Rauss delight audiences with their wonderful music under the name KAYAM.

They combine a wide variety of musical styles. Influences of Arabic music are mixed with Israeli folklore music, but jazz, funk, folk and Afro beats are also incorporated.
They themselves call it falafel pop. Growing up as a sibling duo in Israel, they have also spent time in England and Germany. Kim sings and plays Celtic harp, Mike accompanies on guitar, sings and beatboxes.
The dynamic and atmospheric songs take the listener on a wonderfully relaxed journey.
