Vacation camp for little heroes: Light as the wind, strong as a tree.

Discover, grow & relax together: In this vacation camp, the little heroes playfully discover their own strength and lightness. With yoga, movement, mindfulness and community, we experience 5 hours together full of joy, connection and self-confidence - accompanied by the children and youth coaches

What can your kids expect?
-Joy of movement through playful yoga exercises for their own
body awareness

-fantasy journeys & small moments of mindfulness that provide more inner peace

-Exercises to strengthen self-confidence, resilience & self-love

-Experience community in the group, small rituals & exchange

Our goal: The little heroes can experience what it feels like to be light, strong and completely themselves - in connection with themselves and with others.

Age: Primary school (approx. 6-11 years)
Dates (can be booked individually):
17.7. with Magdalena & Nicole (max. 18 children)
21.8. with Magdalena (max. 12 children)
Time: 11:00 to 16:00 in each case
Price: 49 € incl. material, water/tea & snacks

Please bring along: Comfortable clothing, water bottle, small snack
No previous knowledge necessary - just openness & curiosity :)
