KIDS OF ADELAIDE - The band that has been driving its vision of its own music with steady and playful force since its foundation in 2010, and can thus call a multi-faceted and colorful oeuvre its own, is now embarking on its sixth Germany-wide headlining tour - The Anniversary Tour.

Fans of the first hour can look forward to experiencing the raw, close and minimalist folk songs from the first album "Home" (2012) in the old duo line-up. The journey then leads through 15 years of band history, right up to brand-new indie rock bangers such as "Chimney Sweeper" from their 2023 album "The Cabin Tapes", this of course in band formation with Chris Leitlein on drums and Max Ihle on keys and bass.

In times of the omnipotence of Auto-Tune and vocal harmonizers, the two lead singers and band founders Severin Specht and Benjamin Nolle continue to fascinate with complex and soulfully arranged two-part lead vocals. An artistic sign against the rampant individualism hype and an ode to the power of community!

Their live presence is handmade and long-lasting. Over the years, the two multi-instrumentalists have developed their very own stage presence outside of their own tours and festival appearances with support tours for greats such as Robert Plant, Jamie Cullum and most recently Mando Diao, where the audience is always very close, but great things still happen on stage. This may be because they have not forgotten their past as street musicians - notoriously the hardest way to learn how to win an audience with just your voice and a guitar.
