The Kiev Grand Ballet (Ukrainian: "Grand Kyiv Ballet") under the direction of Alexander Stoyanov presents classical ballet art in its purest form and has been one of the most successful touring ensembles in the international ballet world for ten years. The dancers have won numerous awards and have enchanted audiences on famous stages from Paris to New York.

In January 2025, the Kiev Grand Ballet will be performing in Germany and Switzerland for the third time - with Tchaikovsky's masterpiece "Swan Lake" and with Ana Sophia Scheller as a "special guest". The Argentinian star ballerina began ballet training at the age of six and received the Presidential Scholarship for Cultural Excellence in Classical Dance at the age of 13. She moved from Buenos Aires to the New York City Ballet, where she was also appointed principal. Her travels as a guest and gala artist have taken her to stages all over the world, from Singapore to Sicily and San Francisco. In Swan Lake with the Kiev Grand Ballet, she will portray Odette.

"Swan Lake" is one of the best-known and most popular ballet works in the world. The plot revolves around Prince Siegfried, who falls in love with the swan princess Odette. She has been transformed into a swan by the evil sorcerer Redbeard. The enchanted princess and her entourage of swan maidens are only human at night and spend the day at the lake in their swan-like form. Siegfried swears eternal love to Odette in order to break the spell. Redbeard refuses to allow this and allows Siegfried to be seduced by the "black swan" Odile, whom he mistakes for Odette. This entanglement leads to the dramatic final battle between Siegfried and Rothbart and the question of whether true love will prevail.
