10.07.2025: Energy sleuths

Kim Maya Lorenz is now in her third year at our children's university.
Wonderfully prepared for children with a lot of fun and even more spirit of discovery, she presents a wide variety of topics so that children really enjoy it.
The Energy Sleuths are - who's surprised? - about energy and electricity. With lots of interactive experiments, the young explorers discover forces and effects on their own bodies. They learn how much energy it takes to transport heavy loads. And they work out whether and, if so, how a car can drive off without gasoline. But - what does all this have to do with saving electricity? Come along and be inspired, because Kim Maya Sutton explains all this and much more!

17.07.2025: Snow hare

Today it's all about climate change. Heavy fare, especially for the little ones. Kim Maya Lorenz deliberately raises the philosophical questions at this event. The children ask questions and Kim Maya leads the discussion, perhaps finding an answer or two. Parents are expressly welcome! Together, young and old discuss climate change, look for solutions and find the courage to ask questions. Because that is the most important thing!

05.08.2025: Tinkering theater on Juist:

Making a lot out of little. Making a lot out of nothing. The tinkering theater is about Helle and Leum, who make incredible things out of an empty cardboard box for Helle's birthday. The stage becomes outer space and the young audience become astronauts. The tinkering theater lures creative ideas out of the children's heads and allows them to actively participate.

21.08.2025: Reading with Tom Lehel - "Bullying-free"

You may know Tom: he is a presenter and singer, including on KiKa.
In his book "Wir wollen mobbingfrei" he addresses primary school pupils. The book is a real bestseller, as it features comics and illusions. Together with the children, Tom Lehel looks at various situations relating to bullying. There is music, various media and lots of interaction.
