Kit Armstrong is a welcome guest in Bonn. After his outstanding performance at the last Beethovenfest, he now returns with duo partner and fellow student Claire Huangci. Encounter and farewell are the motifs of the evening on two pianos. At the center is Beethoven's Funeral March, funeral music for a mysterious hero - the slow movement from the Third Symphony, arranged for two pianos.
