KLANGfest 2024

For the thirteenth time in a row, the Southern Regional Group of the Association of Independent Music Entrepreneurs (VUT) and the Cultural Department of the City of Munich are presenting the KLANGfest - this year, the KLANgfest will once again take place in the Werksviertel Mitte on September 7, 2024.

The combination of concerts by 26 unique bands on 3 stages with Free admission and the exhibition of independent Bavarian music companies attracts up to 13,000 visitors every year. The KLANGfest has long been a fixture in the Munich festival landscape.

At the KLANGfest, visitors experience the creative power of the Munich music metropolitan region live. Since the first edition in 2010, the VUT-Süd has been spanning the musical spectrum from jazz, world music, rock, pop and electronic to classical music. Artists such as Quadro Nuevo, Jamaram, Instrument, Willy Michl, Mo'Blow, Las Sombras, Dobre, bracc! and many more have impressively demonstratedthis diversity in the first twelve editions of KLANGfest and delighted audiences.

And for the 13th edition of KLANGfest, numerous top-class artists have once again been secured. Chris Gall, Versus Goliath, Nils Kugelmann Trio, Jonas Sempert, The Sonic Brewery, Nilo, Leonie Singt, Tame The Abyss, Stefanie Boltz, Eichhorn und der lila Hund, Caro Kelley, KILDAN, marlonhill and Skyline Green , among others, have confirmed their participation.
