Pianist Emilia Gołos and percussionist Marius Lamm are both prominent voices in the free improvisation scene. Their music moves between fragile sound research and eruptive energy, between acoustic depth and experimental openness.

Their artistic work includes collaborations with musicians from the fields of jazz, new music and performance art, both in Germany and internationally. On May 27, the two will meet at Lichtburg Essen for a free, unpremeditated set - a spontaneous dialog between two instrumentalists.
